Frieda’s is a bit of an institution in the lower end of the CBD of Cape Town. Find them at 15 Bree Street. Steven Ferguson has been the owner for the last 5 years. The menu is dynamic and changes every two weeks in order to keep it fresh as there are so many locals that keep on going back regularly. See the opening times here. It looks amazing. Wish the hours were better. Why aren’t they open on a Saturday morning? Same with The Kitchen. Blows my mind.
Been there before at night i was so pleasantly surprised. Had a nice vibe and I had a blast.
