I took some photographs from in and around the beautiful city of Johannesburg, South Africa. I spent some time capturing as well as talking to the people on the street, getting a sense of who they were, who they are and who they want to be. I hope you enjoy the photographs and the people. I think there are some interesting characters on the streets of Johannesburg, but I’ll let the photo’s speak from themselves. I also had fun shooting couples in this street style edition of street style, so this will be the introduction to “Couple’s Therapy”, a concept where I will be shooting only couples for some of my street style features. I often get bored easily, so this will be a fresh take on an old concept I hope you’ll enjoy. I can’t wait for you to see it them soon.

On this particular day I guess I just didn’t find any black fashionistas. Rest assured though, there is more to come with a whole variety of colours and creeds of human beings. Keep visiting ItsWhatImInto and you will see for yourself:)

where are all the africans?
I don’t know if you know this, but everyone I took photos of is African. If you mean black people, I’m sure they were there too. But I took photos of the clothes and styles of clothes that I liked, it had nothing to do with race.
